Ablestoke (London, UK) has implemented the WebReserv.eu booking and reservation software system to manage their meeting room allocations via their intranet. The new system includes an availability calendar that gives all their employees the ability to check availability on their intranet, and secure a booking for a meeting room. Once their employee has reserved the meeting room via the system for a client visit, the booking system automatically sends the client an email confirming the booked meeting room. This email includes time, directions and a map. Also, the system sends out an automatic reminder email the day before the meeting to the client.

The recently launched service is available on Ablestoke’s intranet, and is not viewable to the public as only Ablestoke’s employees can make the bookings via the intranet.

The WebReserv system provides this functionality by having a choice as to whether the business using the WebReserv reservation system would like their business listing to appear public or not.
